M. CUTLER, LIVE PIPE ORGANIST: NEW DANCE MONTHLY, LAST SUNDAY OCTOBER 29, 2023

Mike Cutler (they/them) is a Winnipeg-based organist, pianist, composer, choir director, actor, accompanist, writer, improvisor, parent, host, partner, volunteer, tour guide, gamer, and live-streamer. They started piano lessons at age four and have never really looked back, earning a diploma in piano performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Manitoba, and an Associate's diploma from the Royal Canadian College of Organists. They have been a church musician the entirety of their adult life and have been working for Crescent Fort Rouge since 2014, directing the choir and playing organ and piano. They are an advocate for the organ and its use beyond choral accompaniment, especially in collaboration with other artists. 

Aside from music, Mike holds multiple records for video game speedrunning, and is active in several online communities across a wide variety of interests. They are a committed partner to filmmaker Justina Neepin, and parent to budding actress Charlotte.
